Service Description

Kelly combines her medical and psychiatric background with her holistic and spiritual background to provide a whole person assessment with recommendations and a plan of care to improve wellness in all aspects for the individual’s needs. She assesses the whole person to assist in identifying wellness and life goals and recommends a plan of care including holistic service options, plant medicine, and lifestyle changes to help people achieve their highest wellness and life goals.

Cancellation Policy

No shows or late cancellations for individual services will be charged a 50% cost of the service, with a minimum fee of $40.
