Please join us for a peace filled morning welcoming this transition from summer to fall where the world is in perfect equilibrium between daylight and night. Kelly will be offering a group energy healing session intended to focus on balance, renewal, and letting go along with a guided meditation to bring forth self-reflection and lift spiritual awareness focusing on both the inner and outer journey as we honor the transitional moment between the bright half of the year and the dark half of the year. Together, pausing to take stock for all we have grown and gathered and giving thanks for what we have received while preparing for winter, a time of rest and intimate connection with divine providence. This meditation will be honoring the themes of abundant harvest & gratitude, transition, balance, renewal, and letting go.
