Join Terri for a rejuvenating hour of gentle Qigong designed to harmonize your energy with the season of Autumn. In this class, you’ll experience a flowing blend of movement, breath, meditation, and self-massage practices that nourish the lungs, fortify the immune system, and support the body’s natural rhythm of “letting go.” Through Qigong warm-ups, the Wuji posture, and the ancient Pai Da tapping sequence, you’ll awaken circulation, strengthen your protective Wei Qi (defensive energy), and release stagnant tension. The Autumn Qigong practice draws from traditional seasonal wisdom, guiding you through movements that clear grief, enhance vitality, and restore emotional balance. We’ll close with a relaxing Qi Rest leaving you grounded, refreshed, and ready to flow with the changes of the season. Please wear comfortable clothing for movement, and bring a water bottle.
