Join Collette for a wonderful opportunity to truly improve your whole person wellness and mobility with this beginner's Yoga Course designed to enhance mobility, increase flexibility & reduce pain. Each week you will be slowly introduced to more movement and transitions between poses with modifications offered. Throughout the 4 weeks you will organically find more freedom while remaining grounded. Each class will cover some anatomy- a deeper look at the skeletal & muscular system. By practicing some breathing techniques, attention is given to the nervous system. The movement is designed for fascial release of connective tissue and strengthening of bone structure. Every participant will finish the series with a basic understand of this yoga method & practical tools they can continue to use in daily life for a more balanced, lighter mind & body.
