Join us for a transformative “Breathing and Sharing Circle” event, where community members come together to explore the power of breath-work and foster deep connections through open, compassionate sharing. Event Description: This unique gathering combines guided breath-work practices with a supportive sharing circle, creating a safe space for participants to: • Learn and practice various breath-work techniques • Connect with their bodies, minds, and emotions • Share personal experiences and insights • Cultivate vulnerability in a nurturing environment What to Expect: 1. Welcome and Opening: The session begins with a welcoming ceremony to create a supportive container for the experience. 2. Breath-work Practice: A certified breath-work instructor, Wim Hof Method instructor, and experienced facilitator will guide participants through various breathing techniques, suitable for all levels of experience. 3. Sharing Circle: Following the breath-work, participants will engage in a sharing circle, where each person has the opportunity to express their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without interruption or judgment. 4. Closing Reflection: The event concludes with a closing ceremony, allowing participants to integrate their experiences and set intentions for the future.
